Shipping 

Terra Tools is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States. 

For orders outside the continental US, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Any orders that ship via Freight may be subject to additional freight costs. We will ship via freight carrier when an item is too large or heavy for standard ground delivery options.

 

Return Policy

Topcon Products:

Unfortunately we currently do not accept any returns on Topcon products. All Topcon purchases are final. 

 

Geomax Products:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, follow the directions below.

If your return is accepted, we will then send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please Notice:

Return shipping costs are our clients responsibility, unless Terra Tools is at fault. Charges will be deducted from final credit value.

All returns are liable to a 20% Restocking fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. (This time period includes the transit time for your return, the time it takes us to process your return, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.)

3. You will receive instructions of where to send your returned items. 

  

Problem with your Order

If there is ever a problem with your order (received the wrong item, item is defective, missing pieces) please contact us directly at support@terratoolsusa.com to inform us and we will work with you to correct the issue either directly or through the manufacturer.

 

Received a Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim against the carrier and send you a replacement item. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with packages that have been accepted and later claimed as damaged.


Non Returnable Items - Clearance

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

We do not accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
